AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Returning an item couldn't be easier. We want you to love your new Eloise purchase and therefore offer exchange or refund if you change your mind. The customer will be required to return items in their original condition via Australia Post with tracking and will be liable for any loss or damage during shipping. The customer is to pay the return postage costs. Please email us at margarette@eloisethelabel.com.au within 7 days of receiving your item if you wish an exchange or return and please wait for return instructions before posting an item back to us. In the unlikely event that the item is faulty, we will provide a replacement and we will cover the costs of postage. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item and wait for return instructions.
